Think about it: when users are confused or stuck, they click the help button. Instead of just getting boring documentation, now they can jump into an actual demo that shows them how to do the thing they're trying to figure out.
It’s another great use case for demos because:
They can be used for adoption, not just acquisition
It turns "I'm confused" into "oh, that's how it works"
Remember Kore adding demos to their help docs back in Edition #16? Both of these companies are treating demos like more than just a marketing asset that lives on the homepage.
