Rally’s Demos Take Center Stage

Make the demo the star, minimal copy, use case nav for speed.

Demo centers can be a bit messy. You land on them and immediately feel overwhelmed by tiny thumbnails, competing text blocks, and unclear navigation that makes you wonder if it's even worth clicking around.

Enter Rally.

They have one of our favorite demo center examples with super clean design. The demo blocks are HUGE and take up about 75% of the screen, leaving just 25% for explainer copy on the left.

Rally even organizes it by use cases first, then have separate persona tours at the bottom.

Here’s our take:

The demo should be the main attraction, not competing with text

Use case organization helps people find what they care about quickly

Clean hierarchy that doesn't overwhelm visitors

What do you think about their layout?
