Common Questions
What happens after I purchase?
After you purchase, you’ll be dropped directly into the Jetpack. From there, you’ll be able to login at any time using your username and password, or Google SSO.
What tools do your templates work with?
I create templates for both Google Workspace (ie. Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Notion. If you mainly work in Microsoft Office, the Jetpack currently isn’t a great fit for you.
What are Playbooks?
Playbooks are long-form guides that break down common product marketing projects into actionable steps. They combine best-practice advice, templates, videos, and examples into a practical guide that is hopefully, very easy to follow.
What are Examples?
If you read my newsletter, PMM Files, you’ll know that I love collecting, breaking down, and sharing practical examples of product marketing. In the Examples section of the Jetpack, I’ve organized all of my examples into collections to make finding the right inspiration easy.
What are POVs?
In my newsletter, PMM Files, I also love to share thought leadership content created by other smart minds in Product Marketing. Thinks of this section as a curated-for-you collection of great posts, podcasts, and videos that you can learn from.
Is the Jetpack a one-time fee or recurring?
The PMM Jetpack is a recurring annual membership. I made this pricing decision because I truly want to invest time in continuously building and refining this library of resources. You can expect new and updated resources every month.
Does each template come with specific documentation?
Yes. Each template includes at least a walk-through video, but some larger ones like the PMM Productivity Hub include multiple how-to guides and onboarding videos.
Can I share my login or any of the templates in the Jetpack?
Purchasing the PMM Jetpack gives you permission to use the templates within your company. You cannot share the templates outside of your company or outside of your own personal use. A single membership can only be used by one individual.
What if I have questions?
If you have any questions, requests, or feedback, just use the chat tool inside the Jetpack to submit them. You can also send any questions to jason@productivepmm.com.
Can I get a receipt so my employer can reimburse me?
Absolutely. Once you sign up you’ll receive a receipt you can pass along to your employer. And if for some reason they need something more, just use the chat to shoot me a msg.
