Many PMMs forget the problem section on a homepage. We always want to launch into features and value without first spending time in "problem land," as my friend Jenn Allen-Knuth would say. I love this example from UserEvidence that clearly explains the problem PMMs face with gathering case studies one-by-one before introducing you to their solution — the Customer Evidence Platform.
